Hello,
It is Spring here in the Esco Zoo and its bad ass,Waking up early and catching a sesh at the Esco Park, meeting up with friends that you haven't seen in years, its a great feeling.
Around this time of the year Bladers from all over the world come to Esco and The SDSF skate shop to pay homage and shred the spots.It's so cool to see new faces at the skatepark young and old shredding, it reminds me how much i love skating.

Lesson: don't skate when you're tired.
So last week was a very long week for me at work. I even had to skip my usual mid-weeknight skatepark session with my friends. On Friday I decided that some skating might do me good and relieve some of the built up stress from my week.
After only a few minutes I realized that my feet weren't really on the same page with me. In just 10-15 mins of cruising the park and warming up, I went for a simple 540 and when I landed, my left foot twisted up like a pretzel.
My whole skate felt numb almost instantly. 6 hours later in the ER and they explain what I did and that I'll be needing surgery.
The leg bone outside my ankle has about a 5-6" spiral fracture which will need a steel plate + 3 screws to fix. The impact apparently caused my two ankle bones to spread apart at the bottom. A long screw through both bones is going to re-adjust that and will be removed in 6 weeks. Doc says I'll have to use these god damned crutches until that long bolt is taken out, because if I walk on it, it will break.
Moral of the story: Skating when your tired is dangerous and you could get hurt badly just doing something simple.
It's been a long painful week and finally my surgery is tomorrow... wish me luck!
Since I'll be stuck at home and can't drive, I'll be getting pizza delivered on the regs.

Brett Dasovic-8 tricks w/ 8 New Eulogy Wheeeelz!
So what better way to start my EULOblogging than with a fun little edit for everyone to see?
I recently came up on new Chris edwards 58mm legends wheels and I was saving them for the last park sesh of the year (and for this park...possible forever) because I wanted to be able to crusie! This was the last of our "Tuesday night skate" sessions at this park called "ollie & Co" The park has been broken into several times despite being located in a pretty dang decent part of the state, granted its farther from civilization than the economy is from recovering from the recession but still...its a skatepark and they are nice to us! So this was our last session and I decided to get 8 tricks documented, one for each wheel, the problem was, i did 10 instead so you will just have to deal with it! There MAY even be a fun little farmer manuever at the end...however I have been informed by the gods that if you simply skip to the end you will be forever haunted by a little red headed munchkin who will follow you around til your dying day singing the theme song from full house...so in other words...i recommend you watch the whole thing! : )
afterthought...listen to the artist "lights" her music is really sweet!

Eulogy Wheels is getting with the program and generating a
BLOG so that Eulogy riders have a place to vent, put up clips, post links to stuff they like. It is also a place for YOU to get involved and have a voice... feel free to ask us questions, make requests (reasonable please) and for us to better interact with our customers.
I will also be using this place to vent as well. some may be politically correct and some will not. I have a "some will not" I have to word and compose as I am sooo heated right now I have to calm down so I don't name names...
